Shipping Policy

Order Processing — Orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Subscriptions ship FREE within the U.S. — every order, every time.
  • One-time orders: shipping is calculated at checkout. 
  • You'll always see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Delivery Estimates — Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive in [3–7] business days. Estimates only; carrier delays can occur.

International — We ship to [the U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand]. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties/taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking — You'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit — If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with household/carrier first. For lost/damaged shipments, contact support@dailyru.com within 30 days of ship date and we'll make it right.

Incorrect Addresses — Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to a customer-provided incorrect address; packages returned for a bad address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
